El concept design, capaz de transmitir la filosofía y la esencia que siempre han distinguido a la empresa española, destaca por su hábil mezcla de materiales nobles (entre ellos, la piedra y la madera de nogal), colores, texturas y formas orgánicas, capaces de generar contrastes tan cuidados como equilibrados, y por su perfecta integración en el paisaje circundante.
Nada más cruzar la entrada principal, un techo de lamas de nogal enmarca magistralmente la vista del Castillo de Bellver, destacando una vez más la verticalidad de la arquitectura. Además de la entrada, la planta baja alberga la sala de estar, el comedor, la cocina principal y el despacho, utilizado también como sala de lectura, mientras que las numerosas terrazas crean originales superposiciones entre el interior y el exterior, a través de una sucesión de colores, formas, materiales y algunos de los productos más icónicos y codiciados de Minotti.
El sistema de asientos Connery de Rodolfo Dordoni es el protagonista absoluto del salón, integrándose con varios best-sellers de Minotti, como los sillones Torii de nendo y las mesas de centro Solid, también de Dordoni, en constante diálogo con el sillón Jensen de la sala de lectura. Los colores neutros, inspirados en la piedra, se mezclan con diferentes tonos de verde, en una continuidad física y espacial con el bosque que rodea la villa.
Si la mesa Linha de mármol y aluminio de Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27 insufla vida al comedor, los taburetes Aston de Rodolfo Dordoni instalados en el espacio de la cocina reflejan, una vez más, la atención sartorial a cada detalle.
Desde la terraza principal, con una vista privilegiada entre el cielo y el mar, el horizonte se desvanece en el verde exuberante del bosque circundante y se vislumbra el majestuoso Castillo de Bellver. Una vez más, Terraza Balear conecta el interior y el exterior, gracias al acertado y equilibrado uso de los colores. Si la zona del salón se convierte en el lugar ideal para relajarse con la familia y los amigos en las largas noches de verano, la zona del comedor cobra vida gracias a la elegante mesa de teca Quadrado diseñada por Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27 y las sillas Aston "Cord" Outdoor de Rodolfo Dordoni, mientras que la zona de la piscina cobra vida gracias al diseño envolvente, en aras de la intimidad y la relajación, de los sillones y el sistema de asientos Sunray, también de Rodolfo Dordoni.
En la planta superior, el dormitorio principal está flanqueado por tres dormitorios con baños en suite, cada uno de ellos con acceso directo a una terraza y a una íntima sala de estar. Los protagonistas son la sofisticada cama king size Lawrence Bed con cabecera tapizada y las mesas de centro de nogal personalizadas, que transforman el salón principal en un auténtico templo de serenidad y estilo, dialogando con los sillones Jacques, la otomana Freeman y la mesita Oliver, todos ellos diseñados por Rofoldo Dordoni.
En la terraza, una gran cama de día Sunray, también de Rodolfo Dordoni, abraza impecablemente las colinas circundantes, mientras que en el sótano hay un gimnasio, una zona de bienestar, una piscina cubierta y una imponente bodega.
