La chimenea de doble cara separa el salón de la cocina, que a su vez alberga la mesa Marvin de Rodolfo Dordoni, acompañada por las líneas delicadas y ligeras de las butacas de comedor Yoko de Inoda+Sveje.
Un proyecto que invita a reconectar con la naturaleza, en el que cada rincón está impregnado de luz natural, gracias a grandes ventanales que ocupan toda la pared y se abren al exterior para permitir saborear la belleza del paisaje subtropical que lo rodea. Para ello se han diseñado varios pequeños salones en la zona de descanso, como el que alberga los sillones Mattia de Rodolfo Dordoni. Además, está la zona Home Wellness, amueblada con la comodidad de los asientos Torii Nest "Outdoor" diseñados por Nendo, que junto con las mesas de centro Isole de Gordon Guillaumier, proporcionan un oasis de bienestar.
El espacio exterior se desarrolla en torno a la infinity pool, para una auténtica inmersión en la relajación, que se completa con islas lounge: desde la acogedora zona de estar junto a la piscina, que cuenta con el sistema modular Quadrado de Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27, hasta la zona de comedor con los asientos Yoko "Cord" Outdoor de Inoda+Sveje y Belt "Cord" Outdoor de Rodolfo Dordoni, pasando por las dos zonas de conversación con los asientos Lido "Cord" Outdoor y Patio de GamFratesi.
Una arquitectura en la que se difuminan los límites entre interior y exterior, en perfecto estilo mediterráneo: Villa Calma se distingue por su diseño esencial pero rico en expresiones artísticas que reflejan un viaje entre diferentes culturas y épocas, que se tiñe de una paleta de tonos neutros, en un continuum visual con su espléndido entorno natural.
