Este ático de 230 metros cuadrados está ubicado en el 82.º piso de la Torre Oko de Moscú.
Su disposición original ha sido completamente revisada por los arquitectos Alexey Nikolashin y Maria Poshekhonova, que han decidido fundir el salón, la cocina y la oficina transformándolo en un gran open space separado de los dos dormitorios.
Perfectamente decorada con preciados y exclusivos materiales, la vivienda está circundada por imponentes cristaleras que dejan penetrar la luz natural ofreciendo al mismo tiempo un panorama espectacular de la ciudad. Sus espléndidos interiores, cuidadosamente diseñados en un estilo sofisticado y contemporáneo, se caracterizan por la alegre alternancia de paneles de madera de roble, paredes blancas y piedra natural perfectamente combinados con sofás y complementos de mobiliario que destacan por su extraordinaria elegancia.
Las mejores vistas son las que se observan desde el salón, sobre todo al sentarse en los suaves volúmenes de las composiciones vis a vis del sistema de asientos Hamilton. Indiscutibles protagonistas del espacio, los dos sofás revestidos en un elegante tejido de color negro representan una clara invitación a la conversación. A su lado encontramos una interesante escultura de Mickey Mouse de Leblon Delienne y las gráficas mesitas Jacob con tableros de mármol y lacados.
La cocina ha recibido una atención especial: la isla que ocupa el centro del espacio ha sido revestida en un preciado mármol Silver Wave que pone bajo los reflectores la zona bar. El comedor adyacente presenta la icónica mesa redonda Van Dyck, circundada por tres sillas Phillips con una peculiar silueta curva.
Para el dormitorio principal se ha optado por una selección de soluciones Minotti, como la cama Powell y el sillón Reeves con reposapiés, junto a pequeños complementos para el baño y el armario. Las tres áreas dialogan entre sí a través de elementos separadores de cristal que confieren al espacio una sensación inmediata de armonía y fluidez. Paredes de mármol Verde Antigua y de madera de roble completan el concepto añadiendo un toque decorativo a la atmósfera.
El dormitorio dedicado a los invitados presenta un único ambiente, amueblado con la cama Reeves y con una pareja de mesitas Cesar utilizadas como mesitas de noche, y un pequeño baño adyacente. Un proyecto de tonos sofisticados que ofrece un ambiente agradable y elegante, en perfecta sintonía con su entorno urbano.
