La vivienda, que se desarrolla sobre una superficie de más de 300 metros cuadrados, está subdividida en dos áreas: el salón —un gran open space que incluye la cocina, el comedor y una sala de estar— y la zona de los dormitorios —con la habitación principal, los cuartos de los niños, el guardarropa y los baños.
El proyecto de interiorismo se caracteriza por su refinada paleta de colores y por la sabia utilización de distintas texturas, que van del elegante parqué oscuro y los preciosos estucos blancos del salón y los dormitorios a las escenográficas superficies marmóreas de los baños. Una sofisticada selección de obras de arte contemporáneo enriquece la atmósfera.
En el salón, iluminado por sus cristaleras hasta el techo, una articulada composición del versátil sistema Lawrence de Rodolfo Dordoni, con sus generosos volúmenes y un suave puf central, crea un oasis confortable y relajante. Al lado, una mesita de la familia Song con base realizada totalmente en madera maciza de fresno cepillado y barnizado en color negro.
Alrededor de la mesa del comedor se han colocado doce butacas Twombly de Gordon Guillaumier, cuyas líneas suaves y sinuosas, valorizadas por el cuero termoformado, juegan con el diseño de las lámparas de techo de latón.
