Inaugurada en 2017 y ubicada en el corazón del prestigioso barrio Aoyama, una de las áreas de mayor expansión de Tokio y sede de numerosas y renombradas marcas del sector del lujo, Minotti Aoyama es la tienda insignia principal de la marca en la capital japonesa. El concepto del espacio recrea la imagen de una mansión contemporánea desarrollada en dos niveles, con cristaleras hasta el techo que ofrecen una vista envidiable de un patio espacioso delimitado por un fascinante jardín vertical donde encontramos numerosas soluciones de exteriores de la 2020 Collection, entre las que destacan el sistema de asientos Sunray de Rodolfo Dordoni y los sillones Daiki Outdoor y Fynn Outdoor de Marcio Kogan / studio mk27 y GamFratesi respectivamente.
Auténtico hilo conductor que atraviesa el proyecto resaltando el fluido diálogo establecido entre el interior y el exterior, el original signo gráfico con efecto «tatami» que decora el suelo de cemento del área externa reaparece en las grandes ventanas y, en el interior, en las típicas paredes de yute blanco y las boiseries de yute carbón que revisten su escenográfica chimenea, eje central del ambiente.
Los sistemas de asiento Connery y Blazer de Rodolfo Dordoni y las otras propuestas de interiores 2020 encuentran una escenografía perfecta en sus refinadas ambientaciones, con suelos de cemento y paredes revestidas en alerce color Moka en la planta baja y cálidos suelos de madera y paredes lacadas en una elegante tonalidad de gris que contribuyen a crear una atmósfera íntima y relajante en el piso superior.
Minotti Aoyama refleja el espíritu distintivo de la 2020 Collection con precisión y minuciosidad transmitiendo integralmente los valores de la marca, mientras que la tienda insignia Minotti Tokyo Boutique Aoyama, abierta recientemente también en colaboración con Sukeno y situada a menos de 100 metros de distancia, ha sido concebida para satisfacer las necesidades de los espacios más reducidos.
Entre los elementos arquitectónicos más característicos del espacio, una elegante escalera de metal Light Gold que conecta los dos pisos y una recepción escultural en el mismo acabado, embellecida con la presencia del mármol Zebrino. Suelos y boiseries en roble color Regaliz, superficies reflectantes que iluminan y dilatan los espacios y paredes de vidrio retrobarnizado color Warm Grey, donde se retoma el estilo gráfico «tatami» remarcando el diálogo entre las dos tiendas, dan vida a ambientes acogedores de sabor doméstico y aspecto sofisticado que sirven de marco a algunos superventas y piezas icónicas de las colecciones Minotti más recientes.
